my account verification not working!

So I went to play my career and now there is a message saying "the history associated with this file could not be downloaded from the 2k sports server". So I tried reseting my password and now the password doesn't work. Can someone help

Can't help you with that. I've been getting the same message all day since early this morning and still can't get on. Seen one other with the same problem. I know they were working on the servers but don't know if that's the reason.
