I am looking to rebuild a team with a good defense but a terrible offense. What is the best team to do that with?

Maybe the browns? Most teams you'll pick will have a couple guys on offense that are young and good if used correctly

After looking through the teams I was thinking about going with the Bucs. Good RB, one good but old WR who I might cut after year 1 to avoid pay 11 mil to for 3 more years, 2 good OL but same as with the WR Mankins is older and I might cut after year one to avoid paying 8 mil to for 3 more years.

Jacksonville... Both sides of the ball have potential if developed correctly.. Plus you already start with your QB of the future

The Browns offense is good. Their D is bad, surprisingly.

Jacksonville is about as bad as you can get. Gerhart itsn't any good in the game, their OL is atrocious, their WRs aren't that good, especially if you make it realistic and get rid of Blackmon. Their QB is young, with a lower development rating, and their D needs a safety, CB, two LBs, and possible DEs.

They are the team to rebuild.

Browns would be too get with Josh Gordon, three solid RBs, and a good OL. Their D is also very good in Madden.
