Connected Franchise keeps freezing?

Everytime I attempt to play a game in my connected franchise it freezes in the loading screen to the game. Anyone know why this is? Or how I can fix it

I keep having this happen in a 32 team offline franchise. I have found that if I switch owners to a different team and sim their week I can then play my game without it getting stuck on the "Please wait... Loading" screen.

so i have to switch owners or just sim week one of the preseason?

I got the bundle edition xbox one on launch day and I've had this same issue. Mine also freezes though when I do a drill in game prep. I have to go to the xbox one home screen quit the game and launch it again. It will work after that but as soon as I go to the next game or next drill I have to quit the game again.

I was just playing. In my 6th game offline CFM and it froze up. booted me to the xbox live screen. I started madden up again. AND NOW IT THINKS IM BRAND NEW!! I LOST ALL MY SEASON AND ITS STARTING WITH THE SEAHAWKS GAME AGAIN WTF EA!!!!!

Very simple fix - after doing game prep, delegate it. Make sure it is checked, then click play game. Season 3 and no freezes.

thanks i thought that'd work but the game is stuck on the opening screen now. it just loops. I tried turning it off. taking the game out. turning off my xboxone. put in another game and it played. put madden back in and its stuck on a screen that just loops. this all happened after that last update where they removed rice

I had the same issue the other night in my offline cfm. It seems to have been something with the auto save file. I exited out of the game after it froze at the same spot trting to go into a game 3 times in a row. I manually saved the game with a new save file name and has worked perfectly since.

What has worked for me is to make all my CFM changes, save, exit then load CFM and simply play game. This has worked each time thus far.
