Do the dynasties on NCAA FB 14 go 60 seasons like in previous versions?

probably, although I think NCAA 11 only let you do 59 seasons


and I haven't done the 60 since then...although I'm 38 seasons into NCAA 14

Just curious... after 38 seasons how are the teams overall ratings? like are there any in the 60's like when the game starts, are there any 99's, what would you say the low teams and best teams are rated? Thanks!!

32 teams are 90+ (7 are 95+)
53 teams are 80-89
41 teams are 72-79

I might be way off base here, but that looks like decent distribution. I'm satisfied with that progression.

Full disclosure:

I modified the dynasty editor to keep non P5 schools from getting top 750 recruits, and I also try to stop army/navy/af from claiming anyone better than 2*

Works pretty well

Woo hoo!! After 4.5 years, I have finished my NCAA 14 dynasty! Obviously I'm not using the editor, but I can confirm that although the game gives you a "60 Year Dynasty Complete" screen, the dynasty hit a hard stop after the 59th season. (Skulletor mentioned the same applied to an earlier version as well). I kept meticulous notes, logged every game's stats, and end of season stats, etc.

I played every single game (9 minute quarters), and every single snap, with the exception of about 3 onside kick attempt plays that I simmed to try to recover (never succeeded)

I concluded my '14 Dynasty with a record of 614 wins, 182 losses.

I ended at head coach level 48, on "slowest" progression.

I have enjoyed myself immensely, wore out one X360 & 2 controllers, and can't wait to start a new dynasty!

Georgia was really strong in the first third of my dynasty, then South Carolina was beastly midway through. There were a few teams that rose up that weren't from a Power 5 conference, but nothing like previous versions.

On your second question, I'm afraid I'm a pen and paper guy. All of my seasons are logged in hardback archive books. I used to track some all-time stat leaders in an excel sheet, but I haven't kept up with that in quite a while.

I (UNC) JUST lost to Miami (OH) in the 2051 Orange Bowl. They beat us pretty handily, 31-14.

They did it from the MAC. I partially attribute their rise to fertile recruiting grounds.

The only significant changes I made were moving Missouri & Texas A&M back to the Big XII. The only team's roster that I ever messed with was Navy- after getting tired of seeing them steamroll with their option attack, I gimped their roster......very hard.

I played a lot of '03, and although in my memory the Ohio Bobcats became a force, I checked and they only won 1 NC in my dynasty that ran almost 4 decades. But North Texas and UTEP both had 4 NC's each in that same span.

It is interesting to see which teams emerge after a deep run into a dynasty. The only reason I intervened in Navy's case was because I felt their rise was due to the overpowered option game.

I am going to do something similar except I will be playing/importing the draft class into Madden. I think Madden 25 only lets you play 30 seasons, so I will have to create 2, 30 year connected franchises to last the entire 60 NCAA dynasty length.

Does that script work if you use custom conferences? I've been dying to ask for a long time and thought you had disappeared.
