So after filing a BBB complaint, they finally respond to my ticket.

They say my file is corrupt and award me all the VC I spent which was 240,000 VC.

I had another XBOX Profile that was running the game perfectly so I asked them to transfer the VC there to avoid corrupt files again.

GUESS WHAT. They transfer the VC and the game was a acting a bit weird so I tried to load my file from the new profile. A file I created to hold me over until they awarded me all my VC. Over 90K VC spent on this other file. A 96 overall SG.... AND I GOT THE ****************** BUG ON IT.

So I create a new file. A PG to be my old character. EVERYTHING was working fine so I decided to spend about 200K of the VC. I exit after upgrading him to make sure it saves and GUESS WHAT!!!!

"This file is corrupt, would you like to delete it?"

NOW I HAVE NO FILES THAT WORK and over 350K VC COMPLETELY GONE....

I am about to ****ing cry.

Now it will be days before they answer again and who the **** knows if the new file I create won't have the same problems..........

Be glad they managed to corrupt two profiles worth of saves?

Keep in mind, VC is only half of your character. After accepting the fact I'd have to achieve all the milestones I achieved again, they manage to corrupt a second file that was fine and lord knows how they are going to fix my inability to create new files now.

I'm willing to bet that I won't ever be able to play and have all that VC back again.

Yeah... I should be SO thankful.

Keep in mind, VC is only half of your character. After accepting the fact I'd have to achieve all the milestones I achieved again, they manage to corrupt a second file that was fine and lord knows how they are going to fix my inability to create new files now.

Yeah, you're right, I shouldn't complain I can't play a game I spent $60 for, for over 3 weeks and for customer support literally worsening the situation after finally getting a reply via emails 3-4 days between each other a la response time.

You go ahead and stay on that cloud of self proclaimed pride. I'll be over here making sure I help myself and the community avoid big businesses pocket gouging.

This is why there is so much corruption. Because people like you just sit there and let others take advantage of you while thinking you are some kind of martyr for letting them.

And that attitude is exactly the reason we continue to get shoddy products. I'm sorry,but if I pay 60 bucks for something and it doesn't work like it's suppose to, I'm not gonna sit back and keep my mouth shut about it and neither should anybody else.

Hey I paid the same 60 dollars...I just don't take it that serious! like the game is unplayable or doesn't completely come on when in fact it is..2k has been doing a good job with their products for me at least....

This is a new system and a new game give them time to iron things out...
If not trade it in and get NBA live!

Came from the Atari era too but that doesn't mean I'm going to be content about a broken product. Your reply was senseless. Guy spent $60 on a game and over $50 of in game transactions. That's enough to get someone mad

I didn't even buy VC and I can't even play MyCareer nor MyGM. So yes people have the right to be pissed at a product that doesn't function right
