Replacing OC and DC

For the first time in the past 2 years, my coordinators left for other coaching gigs. Both of them. Fine, no big deal.

BUT...I had no say in the new hires. Is this how it was last year, too? This is lame. Why don't I get to pick my new OC and DC???

Because EA said so and doesn't want you to have too many nice things

Yea it was the same way last year. It would be pretty neat to pick your own though.

Agreed it would be really cool to be able to hire.

It would be nice if I could keep a coordinator for more than two seasons. It almost seems like a waste of time leveling up your OC or DC, because they seem to run off to new jobs every year.

It would be nice if we had the list of six potential hires then we could pick.

I restarted 2 dynasties with HC at reduced levels and DC/OC at level 1 for extra challenge. The end of my vandy dynasty I get a level 23 OC in return. I was actually pissed.

Yeah it's pretty dumb.

On a side note I enjoy seeing where guys from my "coaching tree" go and then scheduling them in my non-conference schedule.
