How often do some of you guys stay at a certain team in dynasty?

Before the rosters come out I usually do a whole lots of switching after 2-3 years with one team.

When the rosters do come out I usually start with a lowly prestige team and build them up until I know for they can handle it on their own so 3-4 years then leave for a great job OU or Lou something like that.

Interested in what other people do.

Depends if I'm a HC I would say 4-5 years at least. I like to stay through my first recruiting class at least and sometimes my first 2. If I'm a Coordinator then it all depends on what offers I get at the end of my season/contract.

I usually name all of Kentucky's roster and play a dynasty with them until the community roster comes out. This year I may switch it up and play season mode with several different teams to get a feel of everyone without having to recruit. I know a lot of people hate it, but I like the addition of Play A Season Mode.

I don't play Dynasty until the rosters come out. So i'll try playbooks out and try to master specific plays and formations with whatever team I plan on using first in Dynasty.

When Rosters come out i'll play 4 years with one program (1* prestige) before I realize if i'm into it or not. Hopefully this dynasty mode keeps things more interesting and maybe a little faster with recruiting. I may try starting out as a coordinator somewhere since i've yet to do that.

I usually stick with the same team for the complete dynasty (pick a 1* Teambuilder and slowly build it into a powerhouse). Only problem is it's hard to make head coach if you start as a coordinator at the same school...

I always tell myself that I will stay somewhere no less than 5 years, aiming for 10... then after like 3 years I bail! I don't know why but I get bored with a school after a couple of seasons.

I've definitely been reading the "keeping a dynasty fresh" thread with great interest.

I play as one team and never go elsewhere. I may pick up a 2nd team, but that team is always TCU.

I usually stay at Alabama, but I have been known to take a stint elsewhere.

Some of my notable dynasties through the years: (no simming)

NCAA 2003 Dynasty, 39 years total (31 yrs Bama, 8 yrs WV) 406-111 record
NCAA 2007 Dynasty, 11 years total (9 yrs Bama, 2 yrs Marshall) 116-28 record
NCAA 2009 Dynasty, 7 years total (all Bama) 72-20 record
NCAA 2013 Dynasty, 12 yrs (current) (11 yrs Bama, 1 yr Utah St) 114-36 record

I start as a OC and wait to see what jobs await and i always go with the teams thats the under dogs. From there i stay with that team til my team Baylor offers me a job or Minnasota.

Nice, Impressive stats man, I doubt I could ever stay with the same team over 10 seasons in a row

In my 1* Online Dynasty, I make everyone stay with their starter team a minimum of 3 years, then they can accept any offer they get in the Coaching Carousel.....this way they get to see some of their recruits play and have to show loyalty to their starter teams

3-5 days usually, usually multiple guys take shifts in doing it and work on it day and night

If the Season ticket come out on say the 5th or 6th (Not sure of date?) then a solid set should be done by Thursday night or Friday night probably.

Seen a lot of good points on here.
I might switch it up this year
Stay at OU OC until Blake Bell leaves then prolly go some minor school route.
Maybe 2-3 prestige team build them up as HC and go back to OU as HC
