        Oklahoma #2. I'm not surprised.

We always have a top 10 schedule because we will go play AT places like Alabama, Oregon, Notre Dame, Florida State, Miami, UClA, etc. Those are some pretty good OOC road games over the past decade.

Even some of the other teams we have played like Fresno State, Cincy, Air Force, TCU, BYU, etc. aren't bad.

I love my school's formula. Open up with a WAC or C-USA team, play a good "mid-major" type team (BYU), and then play a traditional power. It's a lot more fun than the crap I see when I watch LSU beat the hell out of the Citadel or something.
        ***My Teams***
        NCAA - Oklahoma Sooners
        MLB - St. Louis Cardinals
        NFL - Dallas Cowboys
        NBA - Oklahoma City Thunder

I think Kentucky has the clear #1 hardest schedule by a long shot.

          Kentucky
          vs Louisville (11-2 Sugar bowl)
          vs Florida (11-2 Sugar bowl)
          @ S. Carolina (11-2 Outback bowl)
          vs Alabama (13-1 National champs)
@ Miss St (8-5 Gator bowl)
@ Vandy (9-4 Music City bowl)
@ Georgia (12-2 Capital One bowl)

          Florida
          @ Miami (7-5 no bowl)
          @ LSU (10-3 Chick-fil-A bowl )
vs Georgia (12-2 Capital One bowl)
@ Vandy (9-4 Music City bowl)
          @ S. Carolina (11-2 Outback bowl)
          vs FSU (12-2 Orange bowl)

The problem with your logic is that every team isnt the same as it was last year. All of those teams lost players and gained new ones. And we play half the same teams.

The teams that arent the same are
Kentucky plays: Alabama, Miss St., and Louisville

            Florida plays: Miami and FSU.

Its pretty close, so I dont know what they have Kentucky's strength of schedule as, but Im sure its top 10.
            NCAA: Florida Gators
            NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers

I would give the edge to Kentucky when it comes to harder SEC schedule, when you look at where the bye weeks fall. Florida has a higher overall quality of opponent top to bottom, but they also get timely bye weeks. 6 of 1, 1/2 dozen of another.

Surprised I haven't seen California mentioned yet, they have a really tough schedule in my opinion. 6 of their 12 games are against ranked opponents, and 3 of those games are against top 5 opponents, 2 of which they play on the road.

                  vs. Northwestern (#24)
                  vs. Portland State
                  vs. Ohio State (#1)
                  at Oregon (#3)
                  vs. Washington State
                  at UCLA (#19)
                  vs. Oregon State
                  at Washington
                  vs. Arizona
                  vs. USC (#23)
                  at Colorado
                  at Stanford (#5)

That, in my opinion, is a tough schedule.

Virginia Tech's schedule looks like this....

                          vs. Alabama (@ Georgia Dome)
                          vs. W Carolina

                          vs. Maryland

I"m just excited about the 2021 and 2022 seasons where we will finally get to play West Virginia for the Black Diamond trophy again. I'd also like to see some games against Tennessee as well, because where I live you're either a Vol or a Hokie.

I'm not sure how Alabama is 40th, they only play 2 teams that even have a remote chance to beat them (LSU and A&M), and they have a bye week before both of them. Plus they don't even have to beat both of them, just one of them to still end up in the NC game, lol. I think I saw on another site that their sos was over 100. Nebraska's is also way high at 67, it should be closer to the bottom as well. I think it's almost impossible for Alabama not to be in the NC game with their schedule, barring some major injury.
