    A Theoretical Big 3

Looking to start a new Association...need you guys ideas of a team to start with, and a theoretical big 3, and the trades to make that happen.

I was thinking about putting Dwight on the Nets for Brook, giving them Joe Johnson, Deron Williams, and Dwight. Idk...that seems cheesy though...and I'm not sure that would work Cap wise.

    Any ideas?

Nice, I like the ideas of a 'Young Big 3'
With 2k's trade logic, trading for young talent is all but impossible so I would have to use trade override. So I would need to make the trades as realistic as possible. I would think I'd have to nearly clear the team to make those trades happen. What do you guys think?

            I'd start with Utah...

I'd keep Favors, and try to acquire Kidd-Gilcrest and Kawhi Leonard.

              Damien Lillard, Batum, LaMarcus Aldridge.

Keep those 3 in tact, maybe resign Matthews and Hickson, rebuild to have a great bench and maybe see championship contender in a couple years. Heck, they already the second best team in the league in my Association with Batum, Lillard, and Noel from UK. Thing is they can't beat my recreated Sonics. (Shabazz, Thomas Robinson, Kyrie Irving, Jabari Parker, James Harden. No I didn't do Trade Override. DeMarcus Cousins apparently was good enough for Kyrie and a first rounder. Harden and Chandler Parsons were traded for Evans and something else via Trade Finder)

Roll with Portland, you can get a "Big 4" or "Big 5" in the future.

It is extremely easy to get young talent on 2k LOL

I got Jeremy Lamb and Perry Jones for Robert Sacre, Antawn Jamison, and Jodie Meeks... in my first Season with the Lakers

Jeremy Lamb has been the Sixth Man for my team and I've been developing Perry Jones for 2 seasons and pretty much can average a double double in VERY Limited playing time

and I also landed Marquis Teague for Darius Morris and a pick LOL

There's so much Young Talent in the NBA you can have a Big 3 with almost any team

                      That's kind of overkill IMO

I see it like 3 big stars...and then basically a team full of role players which will make it balance out.

Kyrie and Dwight surrounded by shooters. I've got Parsons and Ryan Anderson with CJ Miles playing the 2 and it's just fun. 4 out 1 in essentially all game while Howard is in while my bench is mostly young guys and Rasheed motherlicking Wallace playing 15 mins a game. Most fun I've had in an Association.

Kyrie Irving/Rudy Gay/Kenneth Faried is the trio I currently have in my association and I am definitely liking this one .

LOL this isn't exactly theoretical but....

                            Paul George
                            Danny Granger
                            Roy Hibbert

And let's see you can use the Pacers to do it with hahaha.

No but seriously loads of young talent, and two games against Miami this year and they didn't allow 90 points either time.

Be Toronto, trade for Paul Millsap or Al Jefferson, and have a Big 3 of Lowry, Gay, and Millsap/Jefferson.
