has anybody created rookies for upcoming draft???

i know this may be a lil early but was just curious if anybody started creating players for the upcoming draft in april???? or are u waiting for last roster update to do this???

i did it last yr for 12 and was able to create the complete draft class... i started one now i have the top 10 qb's done... gonna start working on the rb's next.




i have 7 of the top 10 rb's done.

i have the qb's,rb's, wr's done will be working on the te's next then the rest of the rookies should have them all done by midweek hopefully. so that be over 100 rookies i'll have made up.

i have all the top 10 rookies made up through the cb's just have safteys yet to do then i have to do the rating's for te's through saftey's. so i have 80 of the upcoming draft rookie's made up.

i have all the top guys done and rated i thought maybe i could use these in offline franchise but u cant unless im missing something i click on import edited roster but when i looked at teams none of the new rookies were on teams. so for now its just for use in play now.

ok just checked it out again and the rookies are in the FA pool so u can use them in OFFLINE franchise. dont know what i did wrong last time.

i didnt think u can edit rosters and play on a franchise in madden 13. i herd its all connected careers

I made Barkevious Mingo for the Browns, and I gave him realistic ratings, and he came out as a 79 overall with normal development. He has been adequate, if underwhelming... Can you control development of created players? I was theorizing that created players with high awareness might have a greater chance of having better development. Also I wonder why he came out to be a 4-3 scheme player, I accented all of the pass rush skills and made him crap in coverage and awareness.

I used nfl.com's draft page and they have who they compare to there from a nfl player so i just used some stats of those players.

yes u can because i put the rookies on my edited roster and click load edit roster for offline and the rookies were in the FA pool for the season.
