Cyberface problems

Ever since installing a Demarcus Cousins cyberface from moddingway from the author Angels of Death I can no longer change cyberface for Demarcus. Whenever i start the game i get 2k default. Even when i remove the png file from the 2k13 folder and start game without the file, Cousins is still there, intact, which shouldn't be. I tried this with another player and the game reacted accordingly. This problem is only occurring with Demarcus Cousins. Does anyone have the slightest idea whats happening and how to fix it. I have try repairing the 2k files, i have system restored.

you may want to install "keep my mod", I had an issue with the Lakers floor until WTF, told me use the keep my mod program.
