Offensive or défensive coordinator rôle

Hello, i just want someone explain me How it function if : in my first dynasty year, i am offensive coordinator. If i go to recruit Does i recruit just offensive player? Because it looks as if i CAN recruit défensive player too. And if cpu is going to recruit défensive player? CAN i use 35 target or must i league place for défensive coordinator? Thanks you to explain me

You have to do recruiting for both offense and defense. Unless you turn on recruit assistance and the CPU does it for you.
