but am i the only one not having fun this year in madden 13? for all the years prior, experiencing bugs and glitches and psychic dbs and lbs, i had fun with those games. i went 10-15 seasons with almost all of them in franchise mode and for all of them i put a LOT of time into.
this year is the BEST gameplay that the franchise has experienced in my opinion. The players look great, the presentation feels better, and the game should be on my mind 24/7 in comparison of years past. but it isn't and the most important reason in the lack of freedom that franchise mode offered.
for all of its bells and whistles, being a player blows and being a coach is tedious this year. and i blame the constraints on the way we can play.

so i must be out of my mind to want to go back to M12...to make all of the roster moves...create all of the important rookies...and once again have control of a game, despite the fact that i will be flustered with ints and will never have a usable play-action.

...someone talk me off the ledge...
please.

Take time off from Madden (get a new hobby. Hell build a model ship or something) until the next patch (or possibly whatever this announcement is)and then give M13 another go.

I was laughing and thinking the same thing...pictured a dude with a big bottle using tongs to get his model ship parts into the bottle...lol...
