Best NCAA value?

OK, I realize that may seem like just another "Should I buy it?" thread, but there's a specific financial dynamic to this. With all of the mixed reviews of the last 3 NCAA games, it bears the question, which of these, if purchased now, is the best value for the price, despite the problems that each title has? Here's my current choices:

NCAA '11 - $22
NCAA '12 - $10
NCAA '13 - $45

(All would be for a new game)

I'm not as big on the minute details of recruiting, so that part dynasty mode wouldn't bug me so much, but something like the 'super LB's' in '12 might. But is '13 really $35 better? And most think '11 has the best gameplay, but of course, it doesn't have most of the updated conferences and no coaching carousel. So, what would be the best option, given these particular circumstances?

If you are a Dynasty player then the improvements in 13 make it worth the extra money. With a goos set of sliders it plays really well on the field to.

I hated 12 but loved 11.... I like 13 even more.

So pretty much $13 more you could have got 13(no pun intended lol)

Also depends how tight you are on money. I say get 13 I'm loving it to be honest

Id go with NCAA 13 because when it comes time to sell, you;ll get a lot more for it trust me than older versions. Unless NFL 2k5 (HA, JOKE). I like NCAA 13 actually, I wish South Alabama made it but oh well.

Thanks, Guys, I appreciate the input. I'm leaning toward going with '13; I'll probably do a little more rental comparing of all 3, but thanks to OS, I'm getting a good sense of what the best purchase will be.

I am personally having fun with 13 so far, and I even got it on PS3 for the first time after getting a PS3 as a gift. Previously was a 360 user but Ps2/PSX before that. And I love it on the Sixaxis.
