Clearly the old Live 10 engine. I like the details on the players but the player models as a whole not so much...

2K always has the "jersey floating an inch off the player's skin" and now Live has the "jersey looks like body paint" thing going on. I always figured there was no good middle ground and that's why 2K never changed.

The best part of the screens is that the attention to equipment detail is finally up to snuff. Amare's googles and sleeve, B Diddy and Rip's whole getup. Looking good in that department. The ball looks outstanding IMO, especially in the Amare shot.

The models do look weird though, looking at Pau and Bosh it seems like the hips are out of alignment or the player's shorts are jacked up Urkel-style.

I like it better than 2k's lebron

But I really like the screenshots, i do agree the player models look a little weird and the collars need to be higher up, but the faces are 20 times better than live 10

yeah, but 2k12 skin textures kills this.....

faces look great, but but i see the rubber band bodies and the crouching defence stance is back in, disappointed in what i see, hopefully gameplay makes up for this, my person feelings, (didnt help that live didnt show elite at E3)

The faces are excellent! The player models look off and the Jerseys look like paint. The Jerseys will look ok in actual gameplay, though

I can live with ok player models. I just hope they finally made gameplay more realistic and less arcade-ish.

Agree 100% with this. Faces and Tatts look great. Jerseys do look like body paint and don't like those bodies at all. Still way too early to judge final product.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

The faces and accessories are good but them player models got to get fixed. EA been working on this game way too long for the models to look like that. What i don't like is how there is no difference body builds. Lebron and rip look the same and we all know that lebron is way bigger and stronger. I see the players are still hunched over. Man i hope they fix that.
