Broadcast Camera While Pitching

I switched to the broadcast camera when pitching after aout 10-15 games using catcher camera. I like it because of the realism but sometimes the angle hurts me. I am playing my first game at St. Louis and the camera is still broadcast but has a different angle, right behind the pitcher. I was wondering if its just the ballpark, if so which ballparks have this directly behind the pitcher broadcast camera and if you can make this camera the default.

edit: nevermind. I just went to custom cams and saw that every ballpark has a different home broadcast camera. very, very cool.

The Twins have a camera that's more directly behind the pitcher. I believe the Red Sox do too.

yeah i am in a twins franchise and i noticed the twins have a different angle on the broadcasting camera for pitching which i use.

That is one of IMO the best parts about broadcast cam for pitching. Getting to pitch from every other teams cam. You want a crazy looking broadcast angle, play in Pittsburgh.

haha i actually play with pittsburgh. it is nuts. sometimes hard to find the zone with the strike zone off!

Bostons broadcast camera is what I've settled on for my default pitching camera. I like how it's directly behind the pitcher.

My guess would be that the catcher view is a little more "friendlier" or accessible for the casual gamer, especially when the strike zone and hot/cold zones are on. They are probably going under the assumption that the more seasoned players can easily change their settings to what they're comfortable with. This view is a little less intimidating I think.

I just started using the broadcast camera for pitching yesterday. I've played about 4 games so far with it and I am really enjoying it. Definitely adds to the realism.

And yes, Pittsburgh's broadcast camera is definitely a funky one. lol.
