I was the Hornets and I know how to defend... There is no way any one person, human being can run around at full speed for 20 minutes while being guarded by Trevor Ariza and double teamed. He was also doing the same thing on defense. Running around chasing the ball on D. Kobe shot under 50 percent but he took almost 70 shots, and most of the time when he missed he got fouled or the other team got an offensive rebound... I have whipped guys who gun with kobe... No problem because eventually it would catch up, but the lack of somewhat realistic fatigue is killing me. This is my only complaint except for phantom blocks... He probably had 15 points at the line... And to top it all off hhe talked the whole time then put his little brother on to talk... Gasol got the one point from some one other than Kobe off an automated putback. Ridiculous.XboxOne: Bornkwau77Comment

Lost a few games because of it, I don't know how many times I doubled, trapped or played good D and they still score.
Online fatigue is a joke, a non factor and dbl teams are terrible because they lack effectiveness.
In real life a coach would focus on that player to stop him and make someone else beat him.... In 2K 1 player can beat you no matter how great you play defense....True bout my business, Mane!Comment

In real life he would have been dead tired and would have been airballing lay ups. Fatigue needs to play a bigger part of basketball for 2k to be considered sim..chuckcross.bandcamp.com

With the way fouls are called online, it really is tough to stop somebody from abusing 1 player. Like others have said, even with a tired star, the abuser can put up bad shots all game and still get canned animation fouls. Add to that the fact that online you have to have your d-pressure up high in order to curb 3's=more fouls. And then when you do play that perfect D that forces a miss here come the crazy put back dunks.
By the time Kobe had 40 I would be throwing half court traps his way with heavy double teams and triple teams. Dare him to score with somebody else. Kind of a pick your posion, but it seems this one got away from you.Last edited by TheKasmar; 11-03-2011, 09:35 PM.Comment

I should have turned up help defense, but I thought that this dude would have to start missing at some point. I came back from 20 down on the first half and brought it to like 4, but dude would just hit everything he threw up or get the foul. Trevor Ariza even fouled out... Dont sweat it. I've been burned by Lebron plenty of times. The one that I really cant stand is Westbrook. He draws so many fouls no matter how bad the shot.Comment

I feel you but it shouldnt happen in a twenty minute game. Not 67 shots. There should be a penalty in the short term for players using aggressive modifier with one guy too much. I am all down for guys getting ratings penalties when they are tired or slowing down. I just dont see enough happening right now with fatigue to bring balance to this.XboxOne: Bornkwau77Comment
