No Love For The 00-01 Sixers?

Personally I think they should be on the game at least as DLC. They had a great run despite losing in the Finals (4-1 to the Lakers). AI won MVP that year, McKie won 6th man, Mutumbo won Defensive Player of the Year, and Larry Brown Coach of the year. Hell atleast show some respect for AI and what he did for 2k.

Yes. Iverson is one of my favorite players of the last decade. I understand there are a good amount of people that didn't like the guy, but his skill were unlike any other. A.I., T-Mac, Frobe, and Vince were the stars of the league for a good while. Now that these guys are nearing the end of there careers, it's hard to let go. Same goes for Tim Duncan, Shaq and KG.

Iverson and that Sixer team are held in high regards in the Philly/South Jersey area. You couldn't even wear Laker colors after that series. In fact, if you meet a Laker ***** in our area their is a 98% chance that 2001 was the reason they hate the Lakers, nothing else.

Don't forget about Geiger, Hill, Lynch, Nazr, Kukoc... man, I miss those Sixer teams. We hung our hat on defense and played hard every night. Pat Croche was the best owner ever.... now I'm over here takin' it back. Seem like yesterday I was listening close to WIP on a school night to keep track of the Sixers.

The Sixers did not deserve to be in the finals that year, the NBA wanted Iverson vs Kobe so they screwed the Bucks over that year.
