    How to have dual halfbacks

Is there anyway to run dual halfbacks without manually subbing them in and out in Madden 12?

    I'm wanting to do 60 for HB1 and 40 for HB2.

I havent played franchise yet this year but i know there was a way to get subbing in and subbing out tendencies changed. Look for anything that says coach on it and itll be there. It might not be as effective as just doing it yourself though

In regard to "coach settings," I haven't tested it myself but I've read that setting it up like that doesn't work correctly. Hopefully what I read was wrong, but I've seen others recommend subbing your RB's for specific packages to get the split in carries.

all you have to do is press RB and change it your self i run a 3 RB system is not that hard

I appreciate you for taking the time to tell me just how undifficult it can be to change the backs myself. You almost inspired me. But I think I still want focus on other aspects of the game and just have the computer handle this part for me.

Try putting the RB sub out slider at 79 and the sub in slider at 80 in auto subs. I think with that you should get a good amount of carries for both and maybe even get the third guy in there.

Definitely not sure if the setting works correctly... I noticed MJD doesn't get subbed out very often unless I run waaay too much with him.

This is the way I do it, using the Sub In/Sub Out sliders. I also use packages when I need to be a little more situational (bringing in a power back on 2nd or 3rd and short).

I was just going to suggest something like this. I always alter the sub sliders before going into the coaching sliders. I'm using 80 out and 89 in. I'm going to change it though as I'm still not getting enough carries with teh second back.
