What's your dream signing?
Who would you love to see come to the NFL either from the UFL, CFL, Arena Football league, retirement, or other?

For me I would love to see the Jeff Samardzija leave the hated Cubs and play for the Bears at WR. I know this will never happen, but I still wish that Jeff had picked football

I think that if he did come make the switch he would be the Bear's number 1 wide receiver in a season or two.

I wonder how he would be rated in Madden.

Anyways, what is your dream deal? Aaron Garcia to the 49ers? Jake Plummer to Miami? Kurt Warner to Arizona? Maurice Clarrett to the Bengals? Lebron James in Carolina?

Wrong. I would have killed to see Labron James in the NFL. He almost did, but decided to play the sport with the longer career (smart decision on his part). He could have played any position aside from lineman, but if he played TE/WR in the NFL, it would be like a combination of Antonio Gates and Megatron. Ridiculous. I was so sad when he decided to play bball (I'm a football fan 1st).

Bismack Byombo (7th pick of the NBA draft last night) at Defensive End in a 4-3? A little tall but he'd take the nickname freak away from Jevon Kearse.

Back in the day, I wished FSU's Charlie Ward would have stuck with football and not decided to go play basketball. I agree with the OP on the signing of Jeff Samardzija too...wonder what he woulda been like if he stayed with football coming out of ND.

Also, would like to see Pat White return to the NFL...probably never going to happen though....too frail
