2K Sports is looking to eliminate as many issues as possible in advance of the next MLB 2K11 patch. One of the items they are looking into is the freezing issue, gamers have run into while playing the game.

If you have witnessed any freezing issues while playing MLB 2K11, please take the time to answer the following questions.

It has been freezing on me when I quit franchise mode and go back to the main screen.

This issue happens rarely, but enough to be a problem. I have to do a hard reset on my Xbox 360 every time it occurs.

Only ever freezes for me when im doing a 2 player franchise with a mate. Always freezes in a middle of a game when our two teams face off.

Froze on me tonite. yr1/tx rangers/2011 season/early june/2nd gm of series vs cle ind...top 6th, tx 9-4, inside pitch to hamilton vs. a rt hnd pitcher... hamiltion pulls it (barely fair inside rt fld fould pole) for a HR and game freezes. have to reboot xbox360

xbox 360, random multiple instances throughout franchise games... also after amateur draft years 3 and 5...after selecting players in attempt to go to sign screen the game freezes. i have restarted and attempted again and the same freeze always occurse in these 2 years...similar problem last year

Same as one of the guys above I get freezes everytime I exit franchise to main menu and I got a new one last after a injury sliding on 3b I subd the guy to put a pinch runner in and it froze on me..and yes I got the day1 update is there any patch coming soon???

just an observation on the questions you want people to answer, you leave out the system they are playing on. So far ive seen people say Xbox 360 & PC. Has anyone with a PS3 had these problems? Or is this universal to all systems?

To me it seems to be related to full presentation and replay overlays; I have since switched to hurry up presentation and had no freezes.

Game itself: Twins-Red Sox Spring Training, day game.
Presentation: Real time
What happened: Heading into bottom of ninth, replay of HR hit in top of inning to tie game about to start - freeze.
A button mashing: Once it froze (even < didn't work)
