I'm not taking anything for granted. That being said, OU needs to blow this team out.

UConn will probably get killed, but you never know. They started out 3-4 (0-2) with losses to 4-8 Rutgers and a 26-0 shutout loss against Louisville (6-6), but since then they've been on a roll, albeit an ugly one against mediocre competition.

UConn is lacking in speed and size compared to OU. It's a shame WVU decided to fumble the ball seven times at UConn or WVU would be in this game (or the Orange Bowl), but oh well. Stuff happens.

Now that is funny. Pretty much how I feel about this game too.

I will use the transitive property to give UConn hope, though!

                Oklahoma (11-2) - 31
                Cincinnati (4-8) - 29

                Cincinnati (4-8) - 17
                Connecticut (8-4) - 38

                UConn shall win by 19!!!

Or if we account for three points for home/away, then UConn will win by 13.

Just in case anyone is curious, I'm not serious.

These posts look remarkably similar to when the Boise/Oklahoma and WVU/Oklahoma games were announced. You can never, ever count on an Oklahoma team to show up.

A playoff is definitely needed. At worst the Big East needs to lose it's membership as an AQ conference. As a football conference they are a complete joke.

2006 Boise and 2007 WVU were actually good teams.

UConn is terrible. Like "We can only score 10 points against Michigan" terrible.

Neither Boise nor WVU went 8-4 with losses to teams like Michigan, Temple, Louisville or Rutgers.
