My Crew having random people even wit invite only

I made a Team Up team, and set it to Invitation Only...When I am at the Locker Room, or viewing the team members, random people that I don't know keep showing up....How is this happening? Is it guys I'm suppose to being playing aganist? Does setting it to Inviation Only not work? Who are this random people that keep showing up?

P.S.
I tried going to their names and kicking them out, and also hit ban from league...but that didn't work either...Also, When I try to invite others to my crew it says inviation cant be sent because the room is full. But, when I go to my team roster it only shows the guys I sent inviations to, so who are the random guys in the locker room?

I have the same exact problem we had to restart our crew 3 times already.
