Can't Upload Photos from Pressbook (Xbox)

Whenever I try to upload a photo I'm getting an error message stating:

You do not have the required gamer profile privileges to access this Xbox LIVE feature

Anyone have an idea as to which Xbox Live setting I need to change? I've gone through the menus numerous times and I have no idea which setting is blocking me from uploading.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you, but I DO have a question for you: What do you do AFTER you upload it? Where do you see it?

My game doesn't show highlights or a pressbook, before after or during games, is it a memory issue? Would any of you know?

Can someone tell me how to upload pics? When I view the pics, it lets me "check" pics. What do I do after that?
