I dont want to have the debate about which system is better i just wanted to know because prior to the demo I was planning on getting 2k11 for the ps3 but after playin the demo for both systems im leaning towards buying it for the xbox, for some reason it looks and sounds a lot better.besides playin online do you need a gold membership to access all the other features like 2k share?

Re: 2k11-360/PS3
Having the luxury of instantly switching between HDMI inputs for a comparison, the 360 version is definitely superior. It's sharper and the colors look more realistic, the PS3 version is definitely too bright. There seems to be a bit of a 'glow' around the players on the PS3, where as you'll still see some shine on 360 during close ups, but it looks more like the shine you see on players IRL due to arena lighting. The entire player model doesn't glow though. That's the best way I can describe the difference.
If you plan to play online I'd go with the 360 version just to be safe. Gold memberships are on sale right now so I'd pick one (or two) up ASAP.Comment

Re: 2k11-360/PS3
I think the colors pop more in the 360. It also depends on if you play online or not.Moderator

Re: 2k11-360/PS3
I have both and the 360 2K11 demo graphics are better than the PS3.
I prefer the controls on the 360, I tried to play it on the PS3 and didn't like it.True bout my business, Mane!Comment

Re: 2k11-360/PS3
Don't know if they are the same build, but the 360 looks better and the controls are tighter on the 360. PS3 version reminded me of NBA Live 10. Getting it for the 360 and PCComment

Re: 2k11-360/PS3
link? this is the only thing thats keeping me from buying this day one. 2k online on ps3 has always been an unplayable laggy mess. if the offline games run at 60 fps then the online must have been running at 15 fps.Comment
