What Do You Plan On Doing With Your Association Team in 2k11?

Saw this thread on the 2k forums and I think it should be done over here as well considering alot of you guys play association as much as I do.

I think I'll take phoenix and try to make it deep in the playoffs like last year. I'll try hedo at PF like they plan on doing in real life. When that fails miserably I go with the traditional lineup of

Warrick
Lopez

Bench
Dragic
Childress
Dudley
Lawal
Frye

Spot minutes- Grant hill Thats what happens when your old. lol I also plan on making a move for a better PF if Warrick isn't cutting it even though I think he'll do fine.

I always try to keep the team to real life as far as players go for the first year in. Then i only make trades that I think my team(which is the Pacers) would do in real life. Although i start stinking it up O'Brien will be out as coach,LOL.

Mop Up Minutes: Przybilla, Cunningham, Babbitt

Outside shooting isn't great and could use more size on the wings, but that is a sick PF/C rotation.

Might Package Bayless and Przy's expiring for a sf if the team needs a boost at the 3, but I think were fine.

Really never been a big association guy, because frankly, I haven't been into the last few 2k's enough to really delve to deep into them. Would mainly play quick games with random teams to keep it interesting. 2k11 has me excited for the future though. Especially the revamped, authentic play calling.

I wonder if Association has been improved substantially this year, haven't heard anything about this yet.

I'm going with my Nets. Starting off with the depth chart like this:

Harris/Farmar/Uzoh
T. Williams/Morrow/Ross
Outlaw/D. James
Murphy/Favors
Lopez/Petro/Zoubek

I'm not that fond of the centers behind Lopez, so I'll try to work on that throughout the season.

But first, I'll offer the Nuggets

Outlaw, Ross, 1 1st Rounder, and 2 2nd rounders.

I expect that to not work, so I'll most likely stick with the team as is and move Favors into the starting lineup.

Simulate about 2 seasons to see if they fixed: the draft, stats, mins, big men shooting 3's, rookie rotations, rotations, and end of the season awards.

I think you can bring classic teams into association, if so Super Sonics with GP and Kemp, and see if I can add the other classic teams to the same association if so I would never leave the house

I will be rolling with my Mavs. What I want to do is get Dominque Jones devloped as a 2G and Roddy B ready for pg when kidd retires. I will prob. bring marion off of the bench and start roddy b. My lineup will look like this.

I think I'll go with a Nets association and I'm not sure whether to go young or try and package a few guys for Melo. I'll probably wait for the off-season to sign him but I really hope 2k got rid of the re-signing period because all the good free agents are gone before you even get a chance.
