My MLB 11 Wishlist
1. Have the ability to do more things on RTTS: make your salary actually mean something- be able to use your earned money to purchase new bats, hitting/pitching coaches, etc.
2. More animations at the plate: maybe look into some of the walk-ups of popular players, actual walk-up music for players already programmed into the game, etc.
3. Analog Pitching System: add the system that the 2K series uses, but still allow the regular Pitching Meter to be used as well.
4. Pitchers at the Plate Animations: give more animations to pitchers who don't bat very often (ex. American-League pitchers, relievers, etc.) - like maybe if the opposing pitcher has a good curveball, the pitcher batting will flinch or duck as the ball is coming towards the plate- like the ball looked like it was going to hit the batter, but it curved at the last second and caught the inside corner.
5. During the Homerun Derby, have the little kids in the outfield "trying" to catch the fly-balls. And also have more people on the 1st and 3rd baselines.... like camera people, the children of the all-stars, etc.
6. More Customization in RTTS and Franchise/Season- HAIRSTYLES! for created players who want to look like Bronson Arroyo, Mike Leake, etc, they should actually have the option to give them long hair. Also, all the current hairstyle options are pretty weak, and don't give the creator enough options as they should have.
7. Updated Jerseys/Alternate- Ex. Fix the Reds home alternate jerseys- they have red hats with their red jerseys; not black. also, the Reds don't have an alternate road jersey. I'm sure there are many other incorrect uni's, but I'm a reds fan so I only know their bugaboos.....
8. Create-a- Stance/ Create-a-Windup: A new feature that allows people to make their own stances or windups. Like maybe you could take features from current stances, and blend them together to make your own unique stance. Or maybe you just could have different options to choose from- Ex. open or closed, bent or straight, back elbow up or down, knees: stiff or bent, etc. You could also choose the follow through, celebration, walk-up, and the amount of move prior to the swing. The same type of options could be used for the Create-a-Windup Mode. These modes would be create if you have players on your team that don't have an "actual" stance, just a generic one. You would also be able to share these stances and windups online with other people who like to have up-to-date stances and windups.
