It's that time of year again. I figured I would get it started. I have gotten NCAA early for the last 4 years from this wonderful community called OS! Let's make it a 5th year. Any info I get I will pass on. I'm in NYC area, so I'll be checking all the boroughs and Jersey aswell as upstate.

I will have it Friday at noon if nothing else (from the NW ohio store), I'm hoping it shows up here in Cbus somewhere though on Thursday so I can ship it out then instead of the Saturday delivery thing though.

Any idea if the store on the west side of Cbus will be getting it early? I got it there last year, but the last few games they didn't sell early (NBA 2k10, MLB: The Show).

I have not called them but the people I know that have said they indicate they won't get it early. However, they said that to me the last 2 years, right up until when I called and they said they had it and was selling it early.

I did talk to another shop here another OSer told me about and he said he planned to sell his copies as soon as they came in. However, he said he was having difficulty finding any distributor willing to sell it to him early. He said most say they won't even ship until July 12th so he'd get them on July 13th.

This place I speak of is about 2 miles from my house so I've been down there twice. I believe the guy is telling the truth about the distributors. This worries me a bit to be honest because if EA is putting pressure on the distributors to not ship to non-chain stores until July 12th then the moms and pops store early release each year could be a thing of the past.

I'm going to check again with him and the west side place on Thursday.

ODogg, have you spoken with the NWO spot to confirm Friday? Just saving myself a call.=) I DO know it is in lockup at my local Wal-Mart, I had a copy in my hands last night but couldn't the night manager wouldn't sell it.

I have not yet ShaunLMason, but countryboy posted in the other thread that noon @ Friday is when it's on. I have PM'ed countryboy asking for more info but so far am still waiting for him to PM me back.

I'd like to say I will run into you up there, but I have to work, so unless I leave early, I won't be able to start my journey up until 4PM.=) If I get a solid time, I may go in early so I can leave at 11 or noon.
