Are they allowed to use the resemblance of coaches in the video games? I never knew so I thought someone here would know

If they can pay every coach for permission sure. But with 120 coaches that will never happen.

Least they could do is add a coach editor

The majority of college football coaches are a part of the American Football Coaches Association; I'm not sure if has a similar structure to the NFL's Coaches Association but they (the AFCA) would likely be who EA would work with to get coaches added.

Didn't they have replica faces in the ncaa basketball games at one time. I know 2K did with their College Hoops games. Maybe not all the coaches had the replica faces...but most of the big schools' coaches did.

Are the coaches on old gen? I am pretty sure there were coaches in NCAA 06 old gen walking around on the sidelines. Coaches are a great presentation element that we are missing. Actually, with all the talk that has been going on about presentation it is very strange that the coaches are not in the game.
It is kinda funny how they took the end of game coach handshake cutscene from madden but replaced it with players for the NCAA game since they never got around to adding the coaches.

They could easily get the majority of the coaches by making a deal with he AFCA. Of course there could still be a few coaches who aren't in it though,ala Bill Belichek in Madden.

The actual coaches weren't in the game, but you could edit them. I think that all you could do though was pick the skin color, you could make the coach old, young, or something in between. With each age group having around 5 faces. You could also make the coach skinny, average, or fat, and the last thing you could do was pick if the coach wore a hat, visor, etc.
