    Top HS Programs Project

I am currently working on a project to try and create the top high school programs in the nation. By taking a look at MaxPreps top 25, I will try and create the top high school teams from across the nation. I am looking for the most accurate and reasonable (not all 99s, or even close) as possible. I have created a "method" to go by and am looking for help and feedback. Here are the Top Teams I have first begun to focus on:

Don Bosco Prep Ironmen (Ramsey, NJ)
    Abilene Eagles (Abilene, TX)
    Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC)
    Servite Friars (Anaheim, CA)
Dwyer Panthers (Palm Beach Gardens, FL)
    Memphis U. Owls (Memphis, TN)
    Davidson Wildcats (Hilliard, OH)
    Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL)
    Plant Panthers (Tampa, FL)
    South Panola Tigers (Batesville, Miss.)
West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA)
    Union Redskins (Tulsa, OK)
    Dorman Cavaliers (Roebuck, SC)
Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, Ill.)
De La Salle Spartans (Concord, CA)

That is the list that I will start with and possibly expand if enough help is offered. Again I am trying for as accurate as possible so here are some of the criteria I use:

    Recruit Ranks:

    5 Star: 80-88
    4 Star: 75-80
    3 Star: 70-75
    2 Star: 68-70
    1 Star: 65-68
    Starter: 60-68 (depending on circumstances)

I use various scouting sources to help determine the ratings for different players. I also rely on ESPNU's rankings and scouting grade to help determine the OVR rating in the game.

If this seems like a project anybody is interested in helping, please let me know. Thanks.

Agreed. I actually have completed St. Thomas Aquinas and Oaks Christian. Have yet to create Byrnes of South Carolina.

If you're doing Union, you might as well do Jenks from Oklahoma too. Both schools are powerhouses and usually nationall ranked. And they are rivals too.

In Alabama, you need to do Hoover and Prattville.

I agree with adding Jenks, Prattville, John Curtis Christian, and Evangel...but for now I am focusing on teams in the Top 25 and teams that won their state championships.

hey duke i have a partially made state college area high school. they lost in the quad-a state championship this year. the players that i included is pretty accurate so far since i graduated last year. i think the team is last years team though. so all the current starters are juniors

Dwyer won 5A FL State Championship. We played them for our homecoming. I still have no idea why. We lost 45-3.
