is it worth buying an xbox 360 for nba 2k10 when i have it on ps3 already?

im seriously considering buying an xbox 360 just for nba 2k10, and maybe a few other games, but mainly for nba 2k10.i say this because i thin the graphics might look alot more real tha the jaggies and colours i get on the ps3. im a big sim bball fan,and a big celtics fan, and i seriously want this game to look good.does anyone have any opinions on this, as i will be making a move in the next 3 days. obviously there are other games that i will buy for the xbox 360, but bball games are what i care about most, and nba 2k10 is one hell of a game, i just want it to look as good as i see in some of the you tube videos, and ive been told they were played on an xbox.Are the graphics better???is anything else about the game better??

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Buy on if you have the money, but not for NBA2K10. I think the 360 is overall better (I have both) plus there are a lot of good games that is only on the 360.

I think it would be crazy to buy a system just for slightly better graphics on a game you already have. BUT I would recommend a 360 for other great games, like Halo, Gears of War and of course, Mass Effect.

I just switched from an Xbox 360 to a PS3 and in all honesty, I think I like the PS3 version better. There may be more jaggies but I have definitely seen a few more animations on the PS3 version than the 360 version that make the game more enjoyable. My only complaint is that it's harder to use the D-pad on a PS3 controller while moving up the court.

Regarding "better games" the PS3 has plenty of great exclusives as well (this coming from a 3-year Xbox user) - Uncharted and Uncharted 2 blew me away, and as stupid as it looks, Little Big Planet is a ridiculously addicting game.

He didn't say he was going to trade the ps3 for the xbox so some of the responses don't really fit.

I have both the systems your talking about. I would suggest to go for it if you have the means. While few of us would get the same game for both systems, i enjoy being able to play the best of what both systems have. Also, its nice being able to choose on multiplatform games when now and then one systems game is just better.

Sorry, i don't know which nba 2k10 game is better (if any) but you do get stadium sounds on the 360.

The OP said he was considering getting a 360 for NBA210 AND possibly a few other games. It really depends on his perspective. You may get a slight bump in graphics, and perhaps a few extras like customizable stadium sounds I think. I have both systems but only have 2K10 for the 360 so can't give you a good comparison. I used to love the Playstation controller on the PS1/PS2, but I think the 360 controller is that much better than the PS3's controller. Outside of that there don't appear to be huge differences.

buying a 360 is a risky investment in the first place since they tend to break, so no i would not buy it just for a game that is available for multiple platforms.
