What do you use? X (360) / Square (PS3) or the Right Analog Stick when shooting?

I'm starting to notice that I make more shots with the right analog stick than the 'X'/Square on my controller... anyone else notice a difference or is it just me?

X for 3's but, stick for anywhere else on the court.

X (360). Try to keep it old skool a bit. All this Next Gen stuff and I still want something old skool in my game.

Always press down on the stick when shooting J's, just feels better to me for whatever reason.

I use stick for everything. I have the down pack

Same here. I feel like I can't get the shot off fast enough when I have to move my thumb to the analog stick from the buttons. I'm just too used to it.

This game was truly made to play with the stick. (as I do). The button is really like a afterthought.

I have always used the button, but since I've having problems with jumpers. I will try the stick. Can't be any harder to learn than throwing to bases with the right stick in baseball games huh?

95% of the time I use the X button but I have noticed at times I use the stick.

I think the people that are using the button should look into using the stick more. Because they will see a difference in their game.

I have found using square for pump fakes works better than the stick- simply due to the framerate issue can cause a delay in the fake. The sqaure, I have found, minimizes the delay. When shooting though, its all stick for me.
