Action PC Hockey

Dave Koch Sports is getting closer to releasing their stat-based text sim for hockey, ActionPC Hockey. If you head over to the DK Sports website and go to the hockey section of the community forum you can find some info and screenshots. Looks like it's shaping up to be a nice alternative to SOM and the other PC hockey sims out there.

Without franchise play, it just doesn't work for me. Now that EHM is gone (hopefully not forever), we need another hockey management sim.

It would be nice if another publisher would pick up EHM at some point. I've been sports gaming (tabletop/PC) since way before career management sims were even thought about so the lack of franchise play isn't that big of a deal. I'm more into season replays and that's what the Action PC games are geared towards. Just wanted to get the info out to anyone with similiar gaming tastes.

I love Action PC games, so hockey could be interesting. IDK if its worth getting, as the aforementioned lack of franchise play will keep me from buying it.
