Is EA serious when they put out A game as bad as this?

Seriously this game is so bad. Run blocking is terrible, linebackers jump so high and are always aware where the ball is in the air. The same for the DB's too. Has EA ever heard of touch passing. There is none in this game. Where is the pressure from the d-line. I like to run a lot of zone blitzing and hopefully confuse the o-line. I send 4-6 maybe even 7 sometimes at the QB and nothing. Why don't receivers seem to jump for the ball. The DB can just stop turn around and jump over your receiver for the ball. If I have a one on one situation on the outside and I throw a jump ball or a bomb usually the receiver has the advantage. In this game the DB always has the advantage. MAN defense? Where is it? Only thing I do like is the quick jukes but it's useless if your o-line can't run block. EA needs to give up the license cause this game is garbage.

It's got nothing to do with staying on EA's good side. It has everything to do with keeping the forum clutter-free. We don't need 8,000 different threads with people's opinions about the game. That's what the impressions thread is for.

You call Madden 2010 a bad game?? Didnt you see the field goal kicker warming up on the sidelines...thats was the best thing ever!

Yeah, didn't they give it a 9 or something along those lines? Correct me if I'm wrong of course. Either way, I had 3 signatures deleted by mods b/c they were anti EA. I have not bought Madden in 2 years now, so I have nothing good or bad to say about the game, but from looking at the threads that are closed/locked, they seem to be only negative towards the game. I can't recall ever seeing a thread locked that was positive towards Madden, even when I see dupes of threads.

But that's just my observation. I haven't, nor will I ever go through and compile some data on this one, it's just the way I see it. Again, correct me if I'm wrong.

At least the game seems headed in the right direction according to some of the threads on here.

I recall reading some articles that were posted as first impressions where they were giving all sorts of criticism. Where they were playing the game about a couple weeks or so before launch. I haven't read an overall review yet. If they do give it a 9 then WOW, I sure would be the dummy in this case.

As much as I might whine about the uniform issues, this is the most fun I've had playing a Madden game since 2005. It's not that bad of a game. It really isn't.

You must be a kindred spirit or something mayne because I feel just like you. This site or a critic from this site actually gave the game a 8.9 I believe, a score which almost no viable game critic site agrees (there's always IGN). You can make a post saying "THANK YOU SO MUCH IAN YOU ARE GOD!!!", but you can't make a post saying "Ian what's wrong with this?" I think both are ridiculous but only one will get locked.

I do like the direction the game is headed. I don't think this game is above an 8 by any stretch of the imagination but it is certainly getting better. LOL, which ain't saying much, but it's far from bad.
