Re: Has anybody had pass interference called either for or against them playing the c
once and it was against the cpu and my receiver was running a cross pattern and he just barely scraped the mlb and the cpu got flagged for interference, i was so shocked i had to watch it on replay, and i have the slider up to a 100, SAD.Comment

That's exactly what happened in one of my games. The only one I've seen as well.Comment

Re: Has anybody had pass interference called either for or against them playing the c
I have been called for three and the CPU has been called for two in about 10-15 games. However, a lot of passing game is a lot of screen passes and underneath routes, which makes it very hard to get pass interference called in my favor.Comment

Had one called on the CPU in about 10 games, and it was pointless because the WR caught the ball anyway and gained 4 yards beyond the PI call so I declined it.Comment

In the 2 franchise games I've played, I've seen it called on the CPU once at the default slider setting. I was going for a touchdown and 2 DB's jump and sandwich Colston.New Zealand Warriors - All Blacks - Auckland Blues - New Orleans Saints - Orlando Magic - Queensland League

Nope, haven't seen one. The only penalties I've seen are holding, facemask, and clipping. Oh, and delay of game. No late hits, no pass interference, no fair catch interference, no roughing the QB... nothing but those four.
And illegal touching (ineligible receiver touching the ball first on a pass) is completely missing from the game. I've seen plenty of passes bounce off of offensive linemen.
I'd say the only good news regarding penalties this year is that I saw the CPU get called for delay of game for the first time in any version last night.Impact de Montréal

I've had a few called. I wouldn't go so far as to say I get 1 per game...maybe once every 3 games or so.Comment

Re: Has anybody had pass interference called either for or against them playing the c
I've had one where is tried to dive with the defender to deflect the ball and he dive-tackled the reciever before the ball arrived. That was pretty cool. Had a couple of others on the CPU where not much happened. I've got both sliders maxed, and there really should be more.Comment

Re: Has anybody had pass interference called either for or against them playing the c
Sliders have always been a weak point for ea that and the cpu running game have always been, bad at best. Most people pass 75-80% of the time and in most cases the sliders don't work. ea always says year after year that these things have been address, put most of us who play the game are use to the hype and no nothing has changed. Hows it go "maybe next year" LOL. I am one of the few who seems to care much more about how a games plays then cut scenes and hype. I guess I'm to old for madden it seems to be moving towards a far more arcade game style and for that reason alone NCAA2010 and Madden well be going back. My idea of a game that ea does a good job of simming is HockeyComment
