      Thank You!

Hammermil is my arch nemesis. Every career I start he comes in and takes the league over. He turned Derek Anderson and Matt Leinart into multiple MVP winners.

Super, maybe I'll bring in the Toledo guy as my DC, or at least the LB/DB/DL coach.

The problem is you don't know when they are coming in.

The other problem is they don't actually bring in new plays or change your playbook.

Duncan seems to appear at the end of the first year after the super bowl

You can add plays...it's just really hard to do. You have to use the Change some <formation> plays incentive while you are recruiting him. I've had times that I couldn't make any incentive offers because they hired on right away.

I think Chip Duncan brings the 3-3-5 from West Virginia. I usually just pick one of these offenses or defenses if I want to run them rather then rely on the luck of getting them as a coordinator.
