Yep it is there. So is all the other dozen or so tournaments, like Palm Classic, Hanger, etc.

Is it the preaseason or the postseason?

Pre-season......I have always made the big dance so I don't know if it is in post season too for NIT.

There is a post-season NIT as well.

If you go to Schedules, then Tournament Tree in the post-season, it will take you by default to the NCAA tourney. Just hit L2 and it will take you back one tourney, which is where the PS NIT lies.

I for one was ecstatic to see the NIT finally in this game. I have had a ball this season playing out both the NIT and NCAAs. The experts all crowed about what a force the Big East was this year, and I must concur concerning my own legacy, especially when we throw in the NIT field. In the NCAAs, the Big East had six slots, same as the SEC but one fewer than the surprising Big 12. But like the "other" guys, I have two Big East teams in my Final Four (like the "others", mine are UConn and Villanova). But the strength of that conference shines even more when you throw in that three of my final four teams in the NIT also hail from the Big East. Louisville faces the only non-Big East team in Wisconsin tonight, after last night Syracuse toppled fellow Big Easterner Georgetown 73-60.
