im tired of playing people who overuse lebron and kobe.. does anyone have any ideas how to slow these 2 players down

Well, ET, I dont play online but when my brother tries to abuse LeBron, I just pick the best defensive player on my team, maybe the PF, and manually D him up. Throw a little on-ball defensive in there, dont fall for there fakes, and contest the shots.

Anytime they look like they're about to go running wrecklessly into the paint, I switch to 2-3. You'd be surprised how many Kobe/Lebron abusers that this can slow down. I'd rather get burned by an open shot than a layup or dunk.

personnally i like the 1-3-1, especially if they bring the ball up the court with that player. For the most part cuts off the baseline which is wear they like to go a lot whenever i play people who abuse lebron/kobe

Kobe is unstoppable at point. Dude knocked down five threes against me.
DT is not always effective especially if you players who can dribble out off DT.

2-3 zone and double team them,then try to steal there pass (most likely to the closest man.)

When I play online I usually run a 2-3 and a 1-3-1. I also mix in a 3-2 if they're hitting 3's in my 2-3 and man-to-man here and there.
I can't remember the last time kobe/lebron/dwade or any other superstar got over 30 on me. Zones create havoc for the superstar abusers. They usually end up shooting many more 3's, but if you have quick/good defenders you shouldn't give up many while stopping PIP cheesers.
