I have a Technician archetype that I want to be able to raise the putter weight up to 99 with, but the archetype restrictions limit that to 75? Is there any way to increase putter weight above the default archetype limit if I sacrificed attribute points elsewhere? There are plenty I could sacrifice in other areas to achieve this, but I don't think this is possible. Probably the only way to get a putter weight of 99 is to start with a "Greenskeeper" archetype.

I just want to have the putter weight attribute up to 99. I really don't care what it takes to get me there, I'm just wanting to have a putter that feels like it's not "hollow" in my hands any longer.

Not specifically with attribute points. You'd have to do fittings on your putter to go beyond that cap.

You do have to pay 500VC each time you respec. It was the first thing I thought about when I read this article. 500VC Everytime you want to respec your players attributes and another 500VC if you want to respec the Skills Tree

Certain archetypes could get you closer to a 99 with a putter, greenskeeper for one. Once you evo your putter to a sapphire and unlock the spaces for fittings you can add 4 fittings each worth 4 so 16 in all. So if you could get to 83 with putter weight those fittings would get you to 99.

Find a pro with a high putter weight and try him out in a local match and see how much difference it makes.
