MLB The Show 25 Batting Stances/Pitching Motions

    Happy early release day everyone.

Figured I'd get this thread going for 2025.

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

I am looking to eventually put these edits into one of the full minors rosters released on the forum when the time comes.

If anyone has any requests, please let me know and I will do my best to get to them.

Most likely some braves. Austin Riley, Nacho Alvarez jr, Drake Baldwin, Orlando Arcia, Jurickson Profar, Jarred Kelenic.
Pitchers - Spencer Schwellenbach, Angel Perdomo, Aj Smith Shawver and Grant Holmes.

Volpe stance got a little update. But doesn’t have his hand moment or being crouched as much. That’s really my only real big one for the Yanks stance wise. And heartbroken that they didn’t mo cap Luke Weaver’s new delivery.

I’ll say I’m most upset at the fact Will Warren doesn’t have a face scan.

Dominguez now rest his bat on shoulder stands higher in stance. Thought maybe Yordan Alvarez stance could be a starting point maybe.

Ben Rice more open in stance. Stands up higher.

Look at Trevor Story for Volpe. Has his leg kick that would be perfect if you could work the numbers.

Just looked around a bit. It’s tough cuz Weaver has a very unique delivery. But Cool Papa Bell was kinda close. If you wanna check it out.

Jac Caglinone adjustment or new stance would be awesome

You’re the best bro. I’ll look at them when I get home from work tonight. Appreciate your work as always.

UPDATE. Baby took a nap before I had to leave. So I couldn’t wait that Dominguez is literally perfection. They all came out great. Your eye for these things is incredible. I know you’re focusing on stances atm. But curious to see what you can find for Luke Weaver and Will Warren when you have a chance.

Didn't get a chance to work on too many last night, however, I got a few dodgers in there, Ben Rice, a new Jazz Chisholm, Tatis and Merrill adjustment.

Still working on finding some motions for Weaver, I feel like the only one that can be remotely close is one of the generic stretch since he lifts his leg a little higher in the stretch. I will post it in the sheet later tonight since I can't remember the number off the top of my head.

For Will Warren, I think I had Javier Assad, though I can also double-check that tonight.

Matt Shaw of Cubs, he has a weird *** stance.

Can we get a Bobby Witt Jr update? What they have in game is not even close. He doesn't toe tap nor has he ever toe tapped. 2nd best player in the AL last year and they don't even change that.

Paul Dejong stance and stride is pretty dang close but he has a 1 hand finish not a 2 like Bobby.

Matt Shaw has a stance that resembles Brandon Drury and Bobby Witt. Gonna be tough to find something for him.

Maybe Big Christmas as a starting point?

                        Jhonkensy Noel that is, lol

You can change to 2 hand finish.

Yeah Jonkensy Noel is the closest so far.
