2k share setups?

2K Share Setups and 2K Share Scenarios can be found in the MyNBA. It seems pretty easy to understand the 2k share scenarios because there is an option called Upload Scenarios. But I don't see an option of "Upload setups" thus making me question my understanding around the 2k share setups. What is the best way to create one? Is it as simple as saving a slider set or saving the "settings" to a given file name? If so, I guess I am not seeing where it's getting saved to.
