No, not at all. I play 3 and 4 and 5 Dynasty games a week, generally around 10pm, have been running solo Online Dynasties since early release, and have had 1 disconnect which incidentally, was my own internet going down, when they we're replacing cable in the neighborhood.
The early days of ea server issues is a thing of the past at their inception, you have to look with in.
