Undisputed "WBC pack" PC (can't get it?)

Anyone familiar with how I can get the WBC expansion pack on PC? I've had the base game since PC early access which upgraded to 1.0 after release, however, it doesn't appear that I can download or purchase the pack. It's saying I need to own the base game to get it, which I already have.

The purchase button stays "grayed" out unless I add the full game to my shopping cart again. I don't mind purchasing the full game, but I was under the impression that we didn't have to do that because my early access version upgraded to the full game.

I heard that this problem is widespread, I don't know if they have solved it with the official release of the game, as I play on PS5 I have not had that problem

I had the problem at first, signed out, signed back in and went back to the steam store and it allowed me to buy it.
