    24 v. 25

So, does NHL 25 essentially play the same as 24? Is it worth an upgrade for basically new rosters?

I am going to give you an opinion as strictly an offline player. For me, this game plays much better than 24. I am seeing a lot of great puck movement from the AI. The games are much more competitive. Looking at the game, yes, it is a $69 dollar roster update for visuals. The game is slightly more crisp with some added player faces.

I am having more fun with the game in Franchise than in years past. The franchise is slightly deeper with the added player conversations, but it quickly loses interest because really isn't much gained from this. Slight upgrades to attributes if meeting season goals... The trade system is way better. You now have no movement clauses, so it gives you more of a feel as a GM and having to work around no trade clauses.

The menus are cleaner and easier. I am still not a fan of the play by play announcing, I wish they would go with a national broadcast team and format similar to what they did with NBC several years ago... But this isn't about a wishlist.

IF you are an offline player, I think you will like some of the improvements. I recommend downloading the 10-hour trial to see for yourself, because after all, it is your money.

I can't give any opinions for offline. It looks to be the same, you have the ECHL crowd that already has 3000 points scored two weeks after release, and the two games I did try to do a drop in to see how online played, I already faced off against a couple of these guys who were tier two level 50 and over 500 games. I am not sure they have jobs if they have that many games two weeks in, so I got bored quickly of online since as a 1-1 matched up against topped out players, I was ineffective..... LOL

If you keep bowing down and praising the developers, (NHL series) nothing they give us the consumer will ever be a "finished" product. Take a stand, it is your money!!!.

No play by play wish list you make a very good point
But right on for me for the immersion side very negative for them to not change the team doing it.
Really don’t mind the lady because it is a bit fresher than Ray even though he was good. But Cybulski time is done and they need to move on but I have listened to madden and I did not like there’s either spend some of those profits EA and listen to your customers.

Understanding these things cannot change yearly however sometimes you have to spend some of those profits
