This slider set works best with custom team strategy settings that I have previously released, and will update for 2024-2025. Stay tuned for that.
The must change for the custom strategy are 2 items:
1) forward line cycle/shoot slider needs to be all the way to the left to promote cycling. On default, the cpu ai is WAY too shot happy.
2) Dmen shot tendency all the way to the right, to maximize dmen shooting. Since each player has a shot bias rating, Erik Karlsson will still shoot much more than a Luke Schenn/Nick Seeler types.
Will update sliders throughout the season iff needed.

Skating in general made slower and heavier
To balance shot speed is increased, because slower gamespeed yields to slower shots. Increased the shots to counteract the cheap blocker side goals as well. Doesn't totally eliminate it, but I see it few and far between now.
Penalty sliders also made heavy edits since my playstyle is more conservative and had too many user PPs and not enough CPU PPs.

For the team strategies: I have 3 values for forward line and 1 value for d lines.
I set ALL forward lines to 0/10 cycle shoot, because the cpu forwards are a little too shot happy.
So a forward line that is OVR 3 5 3
