Coach Firing Issue - Post Update

Playing a brand new offline dynasty. I started as DC for Georgia looking to get skill point boost then go to whomever wanted me as head coach. I've done this before Alabama.

I noticed after the first 2 winning seasons, I didn't get any job offers and the contract was extended.

Then the next two seasons I forced losses to where we had 2 back to back 2 win seasons. Contract still got extended.

Now I go check the coaching carousel and both the HC, OC are fired.
Double checked and have I coach Firing on.

Is anyone able to get offers as a coordinator

Reached year 2031 with winning and losing seasons and never got a job offer.

They didn't mention any changes to the coach hiring in the release notes.

I hope it is something funky with your profile. I always start as a coordinator and this being broken would ruin that.

Testing as head coach for Georgia Now. End of 1st year 8-4 and 4 coordinator positions.
End o 2nd year 4 job offers and 1 as head coach. If there's an issue it may be as DC (or OC )

I don't think this is an issue. Using an alternate save of my USC OC dynasty I'm defintely getting both Coordinator and HC offers.

I had to restart an older dynasty file before this latest patch where I was the OC for Georgia, well after my initial contract, and some job offers from 2 and 3 star schools, Georgia would only offer 1 year contracts for the next 5 seasons in a row no matter the previous year record, thus negating any job offers, every. single. year. (extensions get no coaching offers in the carousel.)


If that gets fixed i'll be happy.

I just started and super simmed a Georgia season as the DC and at the beginning of the offseason I was offered the Florida DC job. The second week, I was offered four jobs.

So it seems like its a thing on your end somehow.

Georgia went to the Playoffs like normal and everything so the jobs seemed a bit low end (Jax State HC, Liberty HC, Memphis DC) but I definitely got offers.
