Title Update Schedule

In an article he posted yesterday, Chase included a tweet from the Virginia Assistant AD that mentioned the title update schedule. This was completely new to me, and I just wanted to throw it onto the boards in case this wasn't common knowledge:

Title update 3: 45 days after launch or Aug 29
Title update 5: roughly 90 days after launch or October 13 (that's a Sunday, so could be the 14th)

Guessing that puts title update 4 somewhere around Sept 20-23.

Most importantly doesn’t this mean that since the update last week was title update 1 and title update 3 is scheduled for 8/29, we should be getting title update 2 sometime this week or next week right?

i was wondering this becuase i thought this last one was labeled as title update 2# on the forum thread here anyway, as if the day 1 patch was considered a update. offline dynasty users are waiting on some things to be taken care of so like some have said considering the last update brought some of those issues it shouldnt have to placed in the " you will have to wait till august 29th" bucket.Permission should be allowed to send a update out to at least address those items in this case is my opinion.

I'm happy to learn that fixes are coming for Virginia! The Hill was indeed looking rather empty lol.

Now if they could just get the Good Ol Song in the game.

I think the first update was "day 1" which i believe was there from the beginning for us, even early access.

I thought this last one was update #2.

The latest patch was Update #2. #3 will be the next patch, which is 2 1/2 weeks from now.

What's stopping you from playing after the latest patch?

The score panel bug and position change bug are the killers for me. If I can't assign my ATH recruits as needed then it's pointless to recruit them.

I also don't want to get invested in a Dynasty only to have a patch require a restart like this one needed for better FCS games and poll results.

I tried an online solo Dynasty but the slower menus, inability to make custom save points, lack of a signing notification at the end of each week (it worked about 1/2 the time) make it a worse experience than offline.

This is only when you wanna move a ATH to a different position than what they are an archetype at. All ATH's have a main position, if you don't change them on the "position change" screen then they just become the position it said they were when recruiting them.

EDIT: Plus you can still change their position via the player edit screen.

I want to say this has been the case for the past 4 years or so far as update schedule. And usually be one right before Thanksgiving too.

My game didnt load up any differently and I didnt see a message that the game was downloading an update. Is there a specific way to get the patch? Not sure I have it lol...

This is only when you wanna move a ATH to a different position than what they are an archetype at. All ATH's have a main position, if you don't change them on the "position change" screen then they just become the position it said they were when recruiting them.

EDIT: Plus you can still change their position via the player edit screen.

You can but it can tank their OVR.
