User QB throws on his own?

Playing offline franchise mode PS4. Anyone know why the user QB throws entirely on its own as soon as he receives the snap? Super annoying.

could it be that one of your buttons is stuck

Check to see if coach mode is on . That could be the reason why the QB auto throws for you .

Thanks for the suggestions guys however neither are the case. I should clarify that it doesn't happen all the time. I've started dropping back with the QB on my own instead of letting the cpu do it for me and that seems to work.
