• Save your money,
• PS5 has some kind of smoothing filter on the graphics. but they still look the same as 22. Straight shame!

• Players still don't acknowledge each other after scoring a run it's been 10yrs how hard is it to add this animation in the 1000's mentioned. Makes the game feel lifeless. It is basic baseball 101 for presentation.

• Sounds decent

• Player lock is gone in exhibition (Edit) it's in the option but stick to 22 if you like to game watch from the beginning. Actually its buried under general/misc for full game watch.

• Announcers still talk at the game and not about it

• They did a good job selling a upgrade on the twitch stream

• Less money on Derek Jeter and hire more talent to get better graphics and animations for 24

Started my diamond dynasty made my team then did the moments and the game feel great so far. I have no complaints it plays like the tech test. Mad but this is a me thing not mlb that buck showalter isn’t part of mlbpa. Don’t mind tatis not being there he’s suspended that his problem. Shock Othani and trout is 99 overall I think this is a first current players are 99. About to start franchise

quick doubt, is the API (pitch call) gone? cant find it and my catcher just wont call any pitches...

Don’t mind tatis not being there he’s suspended that his problem.

It's definitely The Show player's problems too. I know I won't be able to start a franchise until he's been added (I'm not using a CAP for one the the league's best players).

The gameplay is fantastic which I fully expected.

Scouting is very cool. I'm looking forward to seeing how th8ngs pan out at the draft.

Presentation finally looks like a real broadcast.

Game sounds absolutely terrific.

Have seen a little more emotions so far but not enough.

New throw accuracy meter is a lo5 tougher to get used to which is a good thing.

Commentary isn't bad but the first post describes it really well. They are not in the game they are talking at it. Feels a little soulless.

The graphics are just so dated at this point. The crowd just looks weird as well.

Started a March to October. I play less and less of the game every year so I'm hoping this mode keeps things moving along and fresher.

All in all I think it's another stellar effort but I'd be lying if I didn't say the annual deja vu I get from this series is kinda bumming me out.

I appreciate the "THE SHOW CANADA" graph8c incorporated into the Blue Jays broadcast package

Disappointed

Graphics are a tad better
Way 2 many Generic faces for MLB players and Minors

Bat sounds i dont feel are good

My 2 biggest issues are camera (as it seems it rotates with balls to LF or RF) and custom camera been using same custom camera every year and cant get it nailed down after trying for a hour

Personally I wouldve liked to seem them build on 22

Potential bug - When playing exhibition games the uniform selection defaults to the road jersey of your opponent. I've tried two games and selected alternates for both road teams but when the game loads it defaults to the road grey jersey.

It’s in the fielding aids category in the gameplay settings, which means you have to have fielding aids on. Luckily you can turn the other things in that category off. It took me like 10 minutes to find it lol

help!!!! I play with auto fielding yet my guy still gets a blue circle around him, why! I have all fielding aids off n I like clean screen. If I'm blind tell me in 23 how I then all my guys circle 🔵 off when ball goes ro a certain player

The menu screens look like they are 720/1080p scaled or something as they look like crap on my OLED with the PS5 but in game looks at least as good as last year with some upgrade possibly

Pretty much same franchise experience and this year I’m ok with it, the new balanced schedule is such a breath of fresh air, only one divisional opponent my first four series.

I like the game. Presentation is good. I like the projected stats when playing opening day. Commentary not great but it’s nothing that makes the game less enjoyable for me. This is too early to tell but so far I can actually strike out hitters on legend and hit on HoF. Two things I struggled with out of the gate to when I stopped playing in 22.
