Well, they finally acknowledged the issues. This fixes "stability issues" so who knows what that means. Next real update in mid Oct so hopefully this does something.

Yeah it's insane to wait 2 months to patch major issues in Franchise and FotF... if they even fix the issues in that patch. I'm hoping this one today makes franchise playable again.

Funny, last year we were waiting on the scouting update to improve franchise and this year all we're asking for is a game that is playable lol. Amazing how low they're setting the bar.

Mid October, I will be praying for no NHL23 bugs, as that looks amazing.

Tonight, I'll do like most and try to make it to (and through) my first draft and using a custom draft class. I won't move my sliders from what they were, either. I want to see if anything under the hood affected things secretly for the better.

Im honestly not concerned about the mid october patch, but if there is a legit draft loop hopefully this fixes it, and we are off and running strong.

Read back through the board, October is no surprise. They do this every year, there is never a playable game til at least October. Glad I didn't buy it this year. I've played it so little, I just finished my trial.

Hope the big "MUT Strike" making the rounds on twitter and youtube finally has an effect on EA.

No. Even with sliders on 0 or 100 cpu still threw 4 picks in first half.

The good news is for those of use that haven't purchased it yet. Madden should be on sale by then or at gamestop/ ebay for cheap.

I'll never pay full price for a madden game. I started this a few years ago and it has not been a bad decision. Madden 23 proves why to wait.
